High school education or GED equivalent required. Must be a Certified Nurse's Aide, licensed thru the state of Kentucky. Must have excellent communication skills and possess a professional demeanor. Health Care experience is preferred. Home Health covers the counties of Christian, Trigg, and Todd. Holiday and weekend rotation is required. Position Responsibilities: Provides health care at the best value without compromising patient care. Assist in maintaining a clean, healthful environment for patient. Performs and submits accurate, complete, and concise documentation within time frames as with department policy. Respects and protects patient personal items and lifestyles.
