JSMC announces physician lecture series

HOPKINSVILLE—Several physicians on staff at Jennie Stuart Medical Center (JSMC) are holding free lectures on a variety of health topics at two locations:
- Weight-loss surgery by Gerame Wells, MD, FACS, medical director, Bariatric Surgery, JSMC, on Monday, March 26, 6 p.m. Location: Cotthoff Learning Center, lower level of the Doctors Pavilion at JSMC, 320 W. 18th St., Hopkinsville.
- The latest treatments in sleep medicine by Manoj Majmudar, MD, FCCP, medical director, Sleep Disorders and Diagnostic Center, JSMC, on Tuesday, March 27, 6 p.m. Location: John L. Street Public Library, 244 Main St., Cadiz. He will also give the talk on Thursday, April 5, 6 p.m. Location: Cotthoff Learning Center, lower level of the Doctors Pavilion at JSMC, 320 W. 18th St., Hopkinsville.
- Sleep apnea by Sanjay Chavda, MD, on Wednesday, March 28, 6 p.m. Location: Cotthoff Learning Center, lower level of the Doctors Pavilion at JSMC, 320 W. 18th St., Hopkinsville.
- Overactive bladder by Jenny Franke, MD, on Monday, April 30, 6 p.m. Location: Cotthoff Learning Center, lower level of the Doctors Pavilion at JSMC, 320 W. 18th St., Hopkinsville.
