JSMC names critical care nursing leader

HOPKINSVILLE—Donna Milauskas, RN, is the new director, Critical Care, for Jennie Stuart Medical Center (JSMC). Milauskas now oversees the Intensive Care Unit, Telemetry, and the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at the hospital. She was promoted from nurse manager, PCU, which she had been for the past two of her 15 years at JSMC.
Milauskas has worked in nursing for 20 years and helped implement the cardiac rehabilitation program at JSMC. She has been chair and co-chair of the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and a member of the American Cancer Society, American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and Kentucky Organization of Nursing Leadership.
