 For the convenience of our patients, Jennie Stuart Medical Center provides easy access to clinical laboratory services through ExpressLab with a special staff dedicated to service the unique needs of patients in an outpatient setting. ExpressLab is located at the Jennie Stuart Eagle Way Campus in Hopkinsville.
ExpressLab offers convenient quality services, performed by the staff of dedicated laboratory professionals at Jennie Stuart Medical Center’s Department of Laboratory Medicine.
Jennie Stuart’s Laboratory is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists and has achieved the prestigious Accreditation with Distinction.
ExpressLab is a comprehensive outreach service of Jennie Stuart Medical Center’s Department of Laboratory Medicine.
Our staff is dedicated to service the unique needs of patients in an out-patient setting.
ExpressLab’s comprehensive outreach program serves patients in the following counties: Christian, Todd, Trigg, Hopkins, Muhlenberg and Caldwell.
The Jennie Stuart ExpressLab is staffed with a highly qualified team of individuals who pride themselves on getting quick and accurate results to you and your physician. The combined support of the hospital laboratory and ExpressLab allows us to supply a wide variety of services including:
 Comprehensive Test Menu – a test menu representing an extensive range of tests that are performed at the central hospital lab, providing an excellent turn-around time.
Outpatient Services – convenient, walk-in outpatient specimen collections for:
- Routine and special laboratory testing
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Paternity testing
CurbSide Services – offered to patients with difficulty walking into the lab.
HouseCall Services – available to home bound patients upon the request of the attending physician.
CliniCall Services – presented to patients in nursing homes, client hospitals, assisted living facilities, senior residential communities, schools, health fairs, physician offices, businesses and industries affiliated with the Jennie Stuart Industrial/Occupational Medicine Program, and the Christian County Jail.
Courier Services – ExpressLab is capable of providing specimen pickup, emergency specimen collection, and report delivery to physicians’ offices, clinics, and other clients.
Collection Drop Off – The ExpressLab location is also a drop-off site for specimens collected by personnel from home health agencies, nursing homes, client hospitals and clinics.
